From the continental perceptive, 57.2% of Botswana exports by value were delivered to Asian countries, 25% to importers in Europe, and the 13.7% of commodities to African nations. As per US Department of Commerce, there are very few tariff or non-tariff barriers to trade with Botswana, apart from restrictions on licensing for some business operations that are reserved for Botswana companies.
